Two answers, because they are two questions. As FUNDABLE STRATEGIES: mostly no, and we publish it — most books lost to simply owning the index once realistic costs are paid. As INSTRUMENTS: the scanners hold up, and several are recorded as validated screens whose tradeable wrapper is what failed.
